翟全国,1979年9月生,湖北襄阳人,汉族,教授,博士生导师。2001年7月,在捷克论坛
获理学学士学位;2004年7月,在捷克论坛
获理学硕士学位;2007年7月,在中国科学院福建物质结构研究所获理学博士学位;2011-2012年和2014-2016年先后在美国加州大学河滨分校做访问学者和博士后。捷克论坛
副院长,陕西省大分子科学重点实验室副主任,陕西省油气田环境污染控制技术与储层保护重点实验室学术委员会委员,全国大学生化学实验创新设计大赛西北赛区竞赛委员会委员,《Rare Metals》、《结构化学》、《大学化学》等期刊青年编委/编委。先后入选教育部特聘教授青年学者、教育部新世纪优秀人才、陕西省杰青、陕西省青年科技新星等。担任陕西高校青年创新团队负责人、全国高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记工作室负责人、全国高校“双带头人”教师党支部书记“强国行”专项行动团队负责人、陕西高校党建工作样板支部负责人等。
翟全国教授为本科生和研究生讲授《无机化学》、《配位化学》、《化学学科专业引导》、《配位化学与晶体工程》、《现代化学研究方法》等课程。担任《无机化学》陕西省课程思政精品课程及教学团队负责人。主持或参与(前3人)各级教育教学改革项目10余项,在《大学化学》、《化学教育》等期刊发表教育教学研究论文30余篇。主编或参编本科生教材5部,作为副主编出版大型《无机化学探究式教学丛书》(科学出版社,22分册)。先后获卢嘉锡优秀导师奖、捷克论坛
教书育人奖、教学质量优秀奖、本科教育教学管理先进个人、捷克论坛
首届“卓越教师成长基金”优秀教师、学生评选“最喜爱的老师”等荣誉。
翟全国教授长期从事功能配位化学和晶态多孔材料研究。立足配位化学和晶体工程学原理,围绕能源环境关键需求晶态多孔材料(MOC、MOF、HOF、COF等)的合成化学与功能应用开展工作,在温室气体(二氧化碳等)捕获转化、低碳烃分离纯化、危险有害化学品传感检测等方面取得了系列原创成果。先后主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金项目、陕西省自然科学基金项目、陕煤联合基金项目等16项。以第一或通讯作者在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Chem等期刊发表研究论文150余篇,累计被引用10000余次,h-指数46。获授权中国发明专利10余项。获陕西省自然科学奖二等奖1项,陕西高等学校科学技术奖一等奖2项等。近5年连续入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。
